Parking is 1 km from the hotel and on Sunday valet parking is not available from 11:00 to 20:00.The property is located in a restricted traffic area from Monday to Friday, 08:00 until 20:00. Access by car is allowed for loading and unloading of luggage only, and for a limited time.Dogs and cats are allowed, the maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of €35 per night will be applied (maximum of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.Please note that, when booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Location was excellent for the historic centre of Palermo and restaurants. Breakfast was comprehensive, eggs and omelets to order and lots of choice in pastries and cakes

One night only unfortunately in this lovely hotel. It's near everything you need to visit Palermo downtown properly. (Guido) I think it's his name, at reception was incredible and the warm welcome, friendliness and excellent customer service provided made our stay even more special. Bravissimo! We will definitely return and stay for longer. Whoever is in charge at the hotel, please be aware your staff is amazing.
