Ten apartment is beautiful decorated and located right in the city center. Everything matches the description. Cristiano is very kind host who truly cares about his guests. He’a always ready to help and offer advice. He gives great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Thanks to him,we had some of the best pizza and seafood we’ve ever tasted. We’d be happy to come back someday :)

The location was perfect, apt was first class in every way - comfortable bed, hotel quality linen, modern kitchen and bathroom and luxury toiletries plus a hairdryer and straightners plus a very efficient air con. The host was wonderful too.

Stayed for 7 days and it was absolutely wonderful. The host Cristiano was super helpful and let us check in early to accommodate our arrival. The apartment was in great condition, modern and clean. It's location is super central, so we walked to all our destinations with no problem what so ever and even though it was located so central the apartment was very quiet as well as cool because of the AC. Cristiano was very helpful with recommendations of good restaurants and monuments to visit. He was also available all the time in case we needed to contact him for any reason, quick answers everytime. Super smooth stay, would definitely recommend

Cristiano, the host, was extremely helpful, supplying us with plenty of attractions and restaurant recommendations which he sent via WhatsApp. The apartment is very nicely renovated in a modern style. Large modern and functional bathroom. The location is very convenient for exploring central Palermo on foot, though it is in a very quiet area. There is a balcony. there are also other tourist brochures outside the door. Cristiano has put a lot of thought and effort into making a stay as pleasant as possible and helping his guests maximise their experiences in Palermo.
