Location and very nice host in combination with clean appartment that has all you need. Host is flexible and available for any question during a stay. Parking in front of the appartment is free which is convinient as well. Very close to main attractions.

The apartment is well located. calm area even though the street noises can be loud at night (bikes and cars, even with windows shut). Enough room for 6. The manager was agreable when we arrived. Warning : the bedding description is not accurate.There is a double bed "missing" in one of the rooms compared to the description made on booking (at the time we reserved, it was 3 single beds/1 large double bed/ 1 double + 1 single. The "double" with the single in the 3rd room does not exist). When I pointed the fact to the owner, he didn't care as "why is it a problem, you are 5?" .we had specifically chose this setting to isolate two snorers (7 days stay).

I highly recommend it! Great apartment, large, spacious and clean. Equipped with everything you need, towels, plates, high-speed internet, air conditioning and two bathrooms. It is in a great location, close to the center of Palermo and the main station, so it is an ideal starting point for trips around Sicily. If you rent a car, you can easily find free parking nearby. Close to the Todis store and the Panificio Antonelli Teresa bakery (which I also recommend, fresh bread made on site every day). The daily electricity consumption included in the price is 15 kWh, but unless the air conditioning runs all day long, this is enough. An additional advantage is Mr. Antonio, the company representative, very nice and helpful, he replied to messages quickly, there were no problems with contact.

The communication between me and the landlord worked great and fast. Everything was clean except from one Toilet brush.
