“A quite incredibly beautiful apartment near the Quattro Canti and the cathedral”

The telephone code to get through the cancello was incredibly easy to use, and the instructions for entry were beautifully clear. (I don't know what they were like in English, but the Italian was comprehensive.) The flat itself is stunning. Beautiful Villeroy and Boche bathrooms, lovely and comfortable furniture, wonderful high ceilings (including a superb eighteenth-century roof painting of the BVM), a charming balcony. The air conditioning was efficient. The small kitchen was perfectly well-appointed. The position is incredible, only a couple of hundred metres or so from the Quattro Canti. The owner's suggestions of places to eat were very wise and informative. The pizzeria she recommended was outstanding (with charming staff as well). The owner had also arranged parking for us nearby, and helped us when we had problems paying the ztl. All-in-all, this was wonderful value, and I would massively recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in central Palermo in style at a very reasonable cost.
