11 out of 10!!! perfect accommodation - great location (opposite the tran station, super close o the old part o town) - good wifi - private balcony -friendly staff and easy check in - air conditioning - great value for money - little kitchenette and bathroom inside the room -separate communal kitchen

Late check-in option available. Simone that took care of our check-in was absolutely delightful. Professional and helpful. Amazing location to visit Palermo, close to everything: the market, the train station and the city centre

it's so close to the train station so you don't have to carry your bags all around the town. they let us do an early check-in so that's a big + the room is cozy, the bed is comfy, the kitchenette is nicely equipped and everything is clean. you can also borrow stuff you need from the shared kitchen. the location is right on Via Maqueda, the busy pedestrian street full of restaurants and shops, but after midnight it gets quiet. overall we had a great stay.
