The room and the staff are great! It was my second time there (first time 1/2yrs ago) and both time I had a great experience. I slept in two different rooms and can’t complain of any of them. Well located and clean.

view from the window to Vulcan was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast with fresh fruits and tasty cakes .

Ease of access from Palermo Lullo train station - it only took 10 mins to walk there. Also easy to walk to centre of town too. Shops nearby etc The property was very clean, comfy beds, good shower

The room was good, not that spacious but had everything needed. We took the double bedroom. We had a large balcony which was really nice. Davide put a big water bottle each day which was really helpful as sometimes you forget to buy water at night. Davide was really nice helped us even after we checked out. They had luggage storage option for free in another apartment that he owns a couple of minutes walk.
