Excellent location and kind staff, with a few quirks The hotel is in a fantastic spot — on the main pedestrian street, just a few minutes’ walk from Palermo Centrale and many of the city’s most beautiful historical attractions. Being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient.

The building is fascinating, it is also very close to the famous Ballaro Market( 3 minutes) and to Palermo central train station(5 minutes)

The location is good. The hotel is inside an old palazzo. Very lovely. Would come again.

Preserved features of the old building. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Convenient for the station but access is complicated, although clear instructions were provided on WhatsApp. There are a lot of steep stairs and no lift.
