Studio with small kitchen area and en-suite shower room and good sized balcony overlooking the garden and nearby mountains. Parking spaces right behind the studios (once found). Daily cleaning and regular changes of sheets and towels. Close to the local beach, supermarket and the town with all the tavernas and bars but in a real peaceful location.

This was our 2nd time here. We love that’s it near the beach and town but quite clean and comfortable. It’s good value for money. The staff are friendly and do a great job! The mini kitchen is really useful. There’s even a sandwich toaster! It’s simple Greek accommodation updated to 2025! Perfect for us.

Hotel is generally in a very quiet area, no disturbing noises during night at all. There is a primary school close to it, but the (otherwise quite impressive) noise from there starts only after about 8:15. And, you generally don't spend a lot of time in the accomodation at the time the kids are in school. It is hovewer not an issue in the afternoon and over the night at all. It may not be very easy to find the way to the property by car, but we managed somehow, and wouldn't consider it as a big issue. The room is very nice, well equiped (also the kitchenette). The balcony is really amazing, with a nice garden / lemon tree in front of it, and a decent shadow over all day. We've enjoyed it really a lot, for the morning coffee as well as with a glass of wine in the evening, before going to sleep. The added value is also a shop and a bakery just around the corner, and the main Paleiochora beach is just across the street of that. A parking possibility and good internet are important pluses for me too. Lady at the reception was very nice. We'd definitely like to stay in this room again, for a bit more than just two nights (as this time).
