The properties location was perfect, a short walk into Pai centre, close to 7/11 or lotus and close to walking market. It’s not as bad as the reviews say, there were some ants but on the floor but I feel that’s quite common with lower budget hotels. You get what you pay for, don’t be put off by other reviews. The pool is fine, people were going in it, rooms are okay, location is great!
