The staff were so helpful and very accommodating. We arrived incredibly early after a long flight, and despite not having arranged an early check in, they still went out of their way to get us in early. They were wonderful. Also, the location is excellent - just a short stroll from the city centre.

We were very happy with the location of the hotel—there’s a bus station just 3–5 minutes away. The bed was very soft and comfortable. We stayed in Room 8. It was a bit challenging to carry our suitcase up to the room, but once inside, the space was more than enough for two people. The room could actually fit three, but I think it feels much more spacious and comfortable for two. We also really appreciated the heated drying rack and the very spacious bathroom.
