Lovely cottage in a lovely village. We had some unfortunate timing with a large wake at the hotel opposite until late into one evening that was noisy and affected parking. Also some waterworks that started just after 9am the following morning. Neither the fault of the owners and they did their best to remedy. I am sure we were just super unlucky as it feels like a generally quiet, peaceful and picturesque spot.

The house was delightful and the cava in the fridge was a lovely surprise. The stairs to the loft bedroom were cleverly designed to fit the space but were very steep so needed great care. It gave us a lovely base to visit family and Oxford
