Very good breakfast. Room clean and tidy. Pleanty to choose from. Croissants freshly cooked. Parking excellent. Buses to Oxford just down the road near the pub

Quiet location on a direct bus route into Oxford. Cheery hosts , lovely breakfast, comfy bed and very clean bathroom.

Breakfast was ideal for us; cereal, toast etc, with option for egg, croissant & fruit. Nice welcome + useful information given on how to get around & what to do in Oxford. Hosts very welcoming & open but also enabled privacy

Very quiet and clean with nice breakfast served in the morning. You can walk along the Thames to get to the city of Oxford which is a beatiful walk. Bryan and Siti were very welcoming, kind and helpful with everything!
