The location , 30mins walk into the city centre was great with a few nice places to go for refreshments in between. Tesco is also only a few minutes walk away, which is always handy. The parking space was a real bonus, although a tight fit! The bedrooms where spacious and the beds comfortable. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms to put all your stuff. The heating worked well and things warmed up quickly and the water was nice and hot. (although it took a while to figure out that we needed to turn the boiler on) Grace was a great host and checked in with us incase we needed anything, which was nice.

Property was on a main bus route into the city centre and had onsite free parking. Property was cosy and warm and kitchen was well kitted out should you want to cook. Two good local grocery stores a stones throw away. Host was incredibly responsive regarding any questions we had during our stay.
