the apartment has high potential, but it requires urgent TLC, small investment and especially someone to teach and mentor the owner (whom is basically a nice woman) as to basic requirements if you seek to survive in the hospitality business. cooperative owner, although far from being hands on and proactive good wi-fi always available hot water location: quite neighborhood, not the best part of Oxford but ok, close to Train station

Communications with the host were prompt and helpful throughout, thank you. The mid-terrace apartment is in a good, central location and is within walking distance of Oxford's many attractions, eateries, and pubs. The gas central heating/hot water system was excellent, so the apartment was cozy and warm. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the duvets were warm. The kitchen was quite well-appointed, with a welcome pack of coffee, tea, biscuits etc. While the apartment is relatively small, the layout felt quite spacious. The lounge/snug room was a comfortable place to watch the TV/catch a movie. Condiments were also made available (not usually the case in my experience at AirBnB's). I would be quite happy to visit the property again.
