The flat was what we expected from photos except the smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated the place including our clothes 😞😞 The off street parking and the fact the flat was on the ground floor was a real bonus for this couple in their 70+👏👏

Pros - off street parking, what we needed for our stay, fairly quiet location, prompt attendance of maintenance man when there was no hot water and comfortable to stay Cons - not towel to dry dishes or hand towel, smell of stale cigarette smoke pervaded the apartment, no broom or mop, no toiletries in the bathroom. One of the dining chairs broken

There was no washing up liquid or T-Towles provided or even kitchen roll, it would have been nice to be provided with these as they are essential, I had to use my shower gel to wash everything up but I couldn't dry anything as had nothing to do that with either. Road trafic nosiey from the bedroom, keeps you up, cant be helped so of your a light sleeper then its not convenient. The bathroom was indated and the shower unit was poor use, can get very stuffy in the property a right heat trap. However value for money and acceptable.
