On arrival, you must inform the hotel of your car registration number in order to be allowed access to the pedestrian zone. We had a suite and it was great to have that additional space. But the best thing for us was the incredibly helpful staff. We were walking the Camino Primitivo and had difficulty sending our bags ahead with Correos as planned. Lara went above and beyond in helping us to navigate the Correos system, making phone calls for us and finally finding a good solution. She followed up to confirm that our bags had been collected and even got in touch with us after few days later to advise that they had been delivered. The other staff members were very helpful too. The bar across the road was great for breakfast. Highly recommend!
