If you are looking for a quality budget option in Overland Park in walking distance (15 min) of the convention center, look no further. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable enough, and the breakfast isn't amazing but good enough.

A lot of construction inside and outside the hotel. The breakfast was great and staff very pleasant and helpful. Great location for what we needed.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but it was unobtrusive, and not too loud. The breakfast selections were great, with comfortable seating, and our room was spacious.

I really like the area, it was nice and quiet. The hotel over all was nice even though older, but it’s in the middle of renovation now. Probably the best hotel for such a price range I stayed in in KC.
