Location of hotel nice and central and easy to reach. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Everything was very tidy and clean at arrival. Room and en-suite bathroom was modern. Spacious bedroom. Lots of cupboards and storage space. Bed/reading lamps very convenient. Lots of charging points for phone, laptop, etc. Courtesy tea, coffee and milk pods was appreciated. Air conditioning was very convenient. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Vehicle parked with 24-hour security. Good pricing. Didn't use the restaurant at all, but received 10% meal discount voucher on arrival.

Wonderful hotel steeped in history. Wonderfully renovated but retains its wonderful history and character. The staff were professional, friendly and ensured that we were well taken care of. Breakfast was perfect and tasty. Had an exceptional stay.
