It’s a big house on the countryside. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and making a fire in the outdoors fireplace. Real remote countryside feel. The host was very nice :)

This is the heart of the Karoo. The setting the house the smells of all the animals the sounds of the sheep the visuals of ostriches and the view of the Black mountains in the background- the heat of the Karoo - just fantastic

Wilna was so friendly and welcoming. She offered to show the kids the baby ostriches and buck. The house was peaceful yet well located to the town centre. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee and watched the most beautiful sunset. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The little chocolates were a lovely touch along with the complimentary wood left for guests to enjoy a braai or boma. We will definitely return again as Wilna was an incredible host.
