I loved the hospitality of the personnel and also the hotel owner, how welcoming the staff were and how hard working they were. On our arrival the staff welcomed us with very authentic Moroccan Mint tea with authentic Moroccan pastries. Before accessing to the room areas all guests are welcomed with Moroccan Baboush to respect the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were well equipped, great bed, AC, cleaning tools, hair dryer, beautiful authentic Moroccan decoration and beautiful pool that has depth that gets from 1,40m to 1,70m. You can walk around the hotel either to sit in the beautiful garden and have some tea or coffee, or you can also sit anywhere in any floor and read books or sit in any open living room to have board games at night with family or loved ones, the view from the balconies is ethereal and very romantic for couples to look at the sunset on the beautiful architecture of Ouarzazate, location is accessible with google maps and very easy to spot and find, the area is very secure and can park one's car with no issues or worries. Mosquitos are not an issue as each room is well equipped with Mosquito blue light traps. I had my old parents with me and the rooms were very accessible with handles on stairs and showers with a stair to sit on to have a shower. I loved how authentic the hotel was and how the owner took all the time to show us through a self-made map the tracks and places to see whilst taking on our next destination and above all gifting us extra Moroccan pastries to take on with us on our next travel. I was so happy seeing how my culture was being represented and most of all being respected. All my respect to the staff and the hotel owner. I would highly recommend for a great Moroccan Experience

I loved everything. The place is sublime and the staff is even kinder. We arrived in the afternoon and we were given mint the with delicious biscuits in the garden while they were taking out luggage to the room. Inside the building there are carpets so they gave us typical Moroccan slippers. We also had dinner in one of their many terraces and the food was perfect. Had breakfast there as well, in the same little pretty terrace, and it was delicious. Before leaving the host came to greet us and kindly gave us more information about the nearby cities, and at the end he gifted us with some more amazing biscuits!😍 My only regret is that I booked just for one night!!

All the employees were super kind to us. Rooms were clean furniture was comfortable and new. Bed linens were clean enough. During the check-out hotel owner Jan-Pierre came and showed us a nice route to Marrakech. And gave us snacks to eat on our way to Marrakech too. Breakfast was enough. Unbelievably designed hotel lobby.

Friendly staff, always smiling, always happy to help. Omelette, pancakes, parathas, breads, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. The decor was amazing! Beautiful zellige tiles, plasterwork and woodwork. Lovely aromas everywhere. Beds were comfy and the family room spacious with good air con in all rooms. Pretty terraces too. A welcome retreat to escape the heat. We loved our stay, a perfect end to our first time in Morocco. The best vegetable tagine made of whole cauliflower and root veg I have ever tasted. Check out at 13:30:as standard a real treat.
