Bed was comfy. Linens were excellent. Gal who cleaned our room did a good job-we asked for extra towels and she gave us some. Location of the room with the balcony was excellent. We enjoyed the size f the room and the two chairs and desk.

Very large room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff gave us warm welcome, providing us with map of Ottawa. Buffet breakfast was amazing with exceptional waiter Albert.

We reached late and couldn’t use the pool and game room we book the hotel for. But we were lucky enough to find Farouk at the front desk and have a lovely conversation with him. The exchange made our night enjoyable and very friendly.
