Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please inform the property in advance if guests have any food allergies or dietary needs.If you have booked a plan that includes breakfast, you cannot add dinner separately. Please make a reservation again using the half-board plan.Please be sure to call us on the day of your appointment. We do not accept contact via email.The room size is the same regardless of the number of guests.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

So romantic I wish we could have stayed forever!!! The en-suite private onsen is on the balcony of the room and also the shower so super shy people might have a problem. Everything was perfect tho, it is a precious memory from our trip.

Everything - the private onsen in the room was lovely and the public onsen was amazing- there wasn’t anyone else around so was incredible. Food was also amazing.

The location is good as it overlooks the lake. The room was big with a private onsen and a seating area with an excellent lake view. Excellent staff customer service. The check in reception person and the service person who brought us to the room spoke very good English. The private onsen has a “jacuzzi” function. So is the common onsen with a large indoor and a large outdoor onsen. Breakfast and dinner were ok.
