I loved the general vibe of this place. It's traditional and welcoming. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. If you have not had or tried a more traditional Japanese breakfast then this is the best way to do it. I loved how easy it was to travel into Kyoto from here. It was nice to stay outside the larger hubs.

It is a very beautiful house with a soul. Beautiful wooden, creaky floors, charming garden, very clean facilities and serene, calm atmosphere. The host was very warm and inviting and breakfast she made us was amazing. Great place to stay at and unwind after intensive sightseeing of Kyoto
