Location was good, close to the station. The staff were very helpful. Liked the Onsen.

This hotel was very comfortable. It had enough space for me and I found it quite nice. The bed was softer than the usual hotel bed and I felt safe. The location is quite good once you figure it out. I am quite good with directions, but got turned around trying to get there from the station. However, once I figured it out, it was easy to find. I just got out on the wrong side of the station so was a bit turned around. But after that, I found getting to and from the station much easier. It's also the first hotel I stayed at in Japan where my window had a view. It was nice. The staff communication was good too. There was signage around that evening saying that breakfast the next might be busy, so plan your timing accordingly. I appreciated that warning as I had an early plane to catch. Had I not known that it would be busy at breakfast, it may have affected my timing in the morning. But I had plenty of notice.

As with all APA hotels, the location next to the Shinkansen line was unbeatable. We knew the room would be small and so it was. You get used to it. As usual the staff, amenities and cleanliness were top rate. Very good.
