quiet place, comfort flat, near the tram and beach

The location is not exactly in city centre, but it has some plus - quiet place, available easily by public transportation, grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. We met the owner and it was really nice to talk with her. The apartment is in fact a flat with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and large living room.
