Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. Comfortable room. Excellent location. It was also possible to leave our luggage at the hotel for free before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel is perfectly located nearly opposite the central train station which the Flytoget train from airport brings you to. I knew the hotel would be basic but it really did exceed my expectations. The room was perfectly clean and had all you needed. There are snacks and drinks available at the bar but you are so close to all sights and restaurants that finding everything you want or need is easy. Trams and buses run frequently from just up the road and you are a five minute walk from the fjord and opera house, Munch museum etc. For me the staff made it, they were all so helpful, friendly and professional. Huge thanks to you all!
