The location was excellent - really close to the station and well positioned for exploring the city. The room felt modern and clean and the extras provided like a yoga mat were really thoughtful and very welcome! I appreciated the personalised welcome note as well, and the apology for the building work next door and offer of ear plugs (the building work didn't bother me during my visit). I was a bit dubious about there not being staff on site but I received immediate, helpful responses to my questions via WhatsApp. The luggage storage felt secure and, although I didn't use it, the laundry room is a great addition to have.

Great location near by the Oslo Central Station, in the city centre helped very much with the city exploration. It's contactless check-in and generally getting about with real care from Bob W via WA was a unique experience. The rooms are small but cozy, clean and quiet. The breakfast partners are in a walking distance 2-4 minutes and both offer wide variety of food.
