We loved the location, the facilities were 5 stars. We were a family of 5 adults & a 6 month old baby. There was more than one cot, baby bath, high chair etc. The unit had everything labeled in English, the communication was amazing, the simple instructions to get to the unit with pictures plus SO CLOSE to the train station like 3min walk. We ate at the local restaurants, these guys were so accommodating to an early check in. Safe area, the front door is amazing PIN code & the door self locks after you enter. The bathroom as this is Japan is large compared to most, EVERY thing is modern, washing machine, fridge, bath tub etc. There was plenty of soap, washing liquid, cleaning wipes, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner. As things 4 levels we had the baby downstairs which made it easy & quiet as the other rooms are on level 3. The stairs are quite a walk but we are all fit.

Great host, who was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues we had. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for a family of 5. Host helped out with disposing of a suitcase that had broken a wheel off.

The location was fantastic. It is in Korea Town, so there are plenty of amazing restaurants a short walk from the property, really reasonably priced. It is a short walk to the train station, so super easy to get everywhere. We had 12 people (3 families) staying here, and with the two living areas, there was enough space for everyone to feel relaxed. The property was well stocked with everything you could need when travelling, and a Lawsons is across the road for your food and beverage needs.

The amenities are very well taught of and well stocked. It was sufficient for our group of 11. The beddings are comfortable and clean. This property is located very near the station and ample of food options.the stairs may be narrow but that’s just how Japanese houses are like. The host was also very accommodating and flexible . We will truly recommend this place.
