The unit is located in a great neighbourhood a short walk from some lovely restaurants and supermarket (not just the convenience store). Staff made it super easy for us to check in online and the building felt safe and secure. The condo had everything we needed.

The rooms were exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards, the property was clean and very well maintained and the location was quiet but yet still convenient for a family stay.

UBC is a whole building of flats for rent. We came mostly for Expo and some national teams were booked there. Building has own parking lot, so parking and unloading was convinient. It's also very close to Osakako metro station with Green line. This gives you almost whole Osaka in a range of one metro change. And just two stops from Yumeshima! In a walking range you got a large grocery store and a lot of other shops. Flat was quite modern. Plus for basic stuff like washing powder, salt/pepper, some tea and coffee. Small balcony was also nice. Living room was spaceious for 4 persons. Recommended for larger groups looking for affordable stay in west/south Osaka.

The apartment is beautiful but and that's a big but and basically ruined the stay... The beds are like concrete. They are so so so hard! The pillows had these little stones in them too that some Japanese hotels have too and they're soooo uncomfortable. We weren't able to rest well at all.
