Easy check-in and out, very fast and easy to understand procedures. Beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable. (First night without back pain). Toilet was clean and spacious. Great location near station too

The team was friendly and they let us to leave our luggage after check out if needed. It is just a short walk to the station, which means even if you have a backpack it is easy to Walk to get the train or bus. From the station is one direct train or limousine bus to the Osaka airport. The room was clean, I mistakenly booked a smoking room (I don’t smoke), but they cleaned and deodorised the room, so there was zero smell. If you are a light sleeper, the place is exactly in front of the train line and you can hear the trains, this didn’t bother me at all.
