Location easy 10 min walk to castle and exceptional museum of history. A wet day. Great for the museum. Staff were so helpful and friendly when I had to move room. Room as per usual for this hotel chain. Very clean. Very functional. Quiet. Beds as per usual super hard. Breakfast good. Would stay again.

Very good cheap room, gives you everything that you need. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Only issues I had was the location was a bit close to the highway and it was quite hard to get to, but it’s close to a subway so not really an issue. My room smelled like cigarettes a bit but overall great stay

It’s quite close to a lot of convenience stores, to the train station, and even to Osaka Castle. The staff are also friendly and helpful.
