The room was very comfortable, the size was great especially for a hotel in Japan, and the view from the window was incredible. The bed was very comfortable and a good size and the bathroom was just like the pictures. Loved it.

We booked a room on the executive floor, which gave us access to the executive lounge on the 25th floor for drinks and snacks, as well as the breakfast in this same area. The view from this lounge and the room was great, overlooking the city and offering great views of the bustling city around us. The lounge snacks and drinks were perfect. There was a nice selection of cheeses, cold cuts, desserts,... We enjoyed the room in which we stayed very much. It was very clean, modern, had a lovely ambiance and it was spacious enough for us. The bed was huge! The room amenities were good. The location of the hotel was good, as it was only about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro stations which made it a perfect base for the exploration of Osaka.

Beautiful property in a great location for both walking to attractions and using the trains. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very polite and accommodating staff with good English.
