We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka did not disappoint us, as we have experienced other properties from this brand. It was consistently comfortable, classy, and the staff were always ready to assist. The breakfast could use some improvement, but aside from that, we had a wonderful time.

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka certainly lives up to its name in terms of sheer opulence. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step into the grand lobby. Additionally, we were bowled over by the hotel's truly exceptional customer service. The staff were attentive, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. We felt pampered and cared for throughout our stay. A highlight of our experience was the afternoon tea. Served in the elegant hotel lounge, it was an unforgettable experience. The delicate pastries, savory sandwiches, and exquisite selection of teas were simply divine. It was, without a doubt, the best afternoon tea we have ever enjoyed.

It’s an elegant and lavish hotel in the business district of Umeda, some 5 min walk to Osaka station. The rooms are located from the 24th floor and above, so you‘re guaranteed sweeping views over Osaka. As customary for The Ritz-Carlton, our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, pristine clean, with lots of nice touches, Dyptique toiletries. Our New Year‘s Eve‘s dinner at La Baie was above all praise- excellent service, delicious food and a refined ambience. Equally, the food was top-notch in other restaurants we visited.
