The apartment was spacious (for Japan) and well equipped. We needed to do laundry during our stay and I found the shower room/drying room really really helpful for drying our clothes. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a helpful instruction booklet for use of the various facilities etc. We liked the location, it was a quiet street and was 10-15 minutes walk from two different stations. It was also very close to the supermarket. The air conditioning unit was a good bonus too because the room got very hot during the week we stayed.

I like how cozy our room is. Its all complete and very clean when we arrived. The location is okay for us too, the neighborhood is quiet but you're a few minutes away from restaurants, konbinis and the malls. Its a self service check-in which went smoothly. Directions was well given, it even has a

We had a very nice stay in the big hotel room! The hotel is just a block away from Osaka center which was very nice! Also very close to the station. We were on the 8th floor so the traffic noises didn't bother us and the balcony is a very nice addition. The aircon in the room worked well for hot and cold, so that is a big plus. I had a few questions and the staff was always very nice and quick to respond! I asked to stay for a few more days and that was always possible. The customer support helped us out a lot, which made our stay even better and made us feel at home! The rooms are big enough for two people and the beds slept very nice. Wifi worked well and there were enough towels for our stay. We almost didn't hear our neighbours so that is also a big plus for Japan's standards! But it could be that they were just quiet in general. The room was also pretty clean, just a little corner here and there with some dust but that is no problem for us. The bath and shower was also very clean and nice to use. Temperatur was fine to regulate for the shower and bath. The toilet worked very well and was also clean. Overall very happy and we recommend this hotel!
