The fine print
Please note the public bath on site is used by both male and female guests but at different times. The public bath is female-only between 17:00-22:00 and male-only between 22:30-1:30, 5:00-9:00.To eat breakfast at the hotel, a reservation must be made 1 day prior to arrival, by 18:00. Japanese-style breakfast is served and cancellation of breakfast on the day is not accepted.

The hotel's location was relatively good (about a kilometer from the metro station), the room was clean, breakfast was served on a tray and not a buffet.

The room was nice and clean, even though it is really small so you have to trick with your luggage to be able to move around. Breakfast was very nice and they also had a western option that I really appreciated. The staff was always friendly and helpful with my questions. Osaka station is appr. 15 minutes on foot but there is a free shuttle from the hotel if you do not want to walk.

The staff was good and very reliable. Daily shuttle from the Hotel to the Osaka station. Daily breakfast in traditional Japanese way. Daily cleanliness of the room.

Has many space, english spoken and friendly staff, lunch menu was apart but was awesome! Clean and sophisticated room, complementaries were completed.
