Most if the staff specially the ones in the reception is helpful and courteous.I decided to have a sleep in one day.Soon as the cleaners started to clean, they were so noisy, yelling at each other and putting loud music from the phone. I tried to approach them and ask for a towel telling them that i am sleeping in. To my surprise, they still continue to yell and laugh and make so much noise. Is this ths rule of this hotel that after 10 am everyone can make noise? Just wondering...because as far as i know..i paid for the entire day of my stay( i stayed for 6 days btw.)Look i dont mind the noise of the vacuum cleaner, dusting noise,etc. But turning the whole floor in entire chaos is unacceptable. There were 4? girls in there during that time . Overall, we had a fun time in Osaka and enjoyed the quietness of our room during the night. Thank you. Until next time

The hotel is in a good location close to the tourist spots. The room was modern and clean, and the staff were polite.

location was great. Plenty of restaurant and stores . Once you know how to get to the hotel as the sign is very small, it is easy from the train station .

Excellent location! There are a few restaurants right in front of the hotel. Everything is just around the corner. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
