The apartment was spacious for a family of 4 and the balcony was very useful to dry clothing and get fresh air. Very modern with washing machine and air conditioner. The location is very close to Ebisucho train station so very easy to get around Osaka. We definitely would recommend!

Ease of check-in as well as the self serve bathroom stuff like toothbrush, teas etc. Location was awesome and just behind the famous tower and shops. Can easily walk to surrounding areas and close to train lines. Balcony access

Superb location with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and the Tsutenkaku. Suitable for families with kids. Very helpful support is available through the chat function. The whole place is fairly new and up to date.

The location was amazing and facilities were in great condition. We were walking distance to the Ebisucho station, Shinsekai and Den Den. This means we were just 2 metro stops to Namba OCAT bus terminal, and were never short of food and entertainment for the family without the manic crowd.
