Room wasn’t small . This hotel is in the centre , you can travel by walk to namba and dotonbori . The employees were very polite and helpfull

Amazing location! Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Self-service drink bar was also great!

The staff were very helpful & courteous. Beds were comfortable and facilities were very good. Loved the lounge area to relax in and the free drinks & soup. Loved the drip coffee. Clean towels every day was a plus.

Location as good and overall quality vs spent relationship was fine. They got small but enough space as canteen with coffee, tea, miso and some space to eat which is nice space to gather
