The property was well-maintained and adequate. The kitchenette had the necessary utensils, appliances, pots and pans for light cooking and the washing machine was a lifesaver! During check-in, we had some miscommunication (not intentional and was a technical platform error I'm told), but once I got hold of Yusuke (one of the property managers), he was quick to respond and very very helpful. I am particularly grateful for their flexibility in allowing us to store our luggage in the home for a few hours after check out. Location is great too. Walking distance from Daikokucho Station and had not one, but two! 7-elevens nearby. The neighborhood also had a larger grocery store and several eateries and cafes.
