Location is great next to the shin-osaka station. Check -in/out is easy and front desk are helpful and speak English. Rooms have good equipments.

The location is right beside Shin-Osaka Station. Perfect. The fittings and beds are nice. Everyday make up room and cleaning is tip top. Spacious enough for 3 luggage and walking around.

Located near Shin-Osaka station. Breakfast was great. Room has 3 beds. Pillows were uncomfortable.
