Location was excellent you could walk to Dontombori and get a metro anywhere. Shopping etc all very close. We hired a stroller and was able to manage everything by public transportation. They have free laundry, the guest lounge was good and pre and post stay secure baggage lockers.

Great location close to Dotonbori with friendly and helpful staff. Good size room and great on-site facilities including free use of washer and dryer. Also free happy hour with drinks and snacks every evening. Definitely recommend.

Pleasant hotel 10mins walk or 500m from Namba Kansai station. Hotel is managed 24.7 so no problem with very late check in and some staff speak good English. Free coffee only available in the Laundry room accessed via key code next to the three elevators. Free self service laundry. 8 wash and 8 dry machines. Odd system using QR code to set up. Hotel reception on floor 3 reached by elevator from the busy bustling pedestrianised street. Not spacious but beds suited for family of four.
