Overall rooms were nice and comfortable. The location of the house was really really nice. There was a nice udon place literally right next door and train station was ridiculously close (less than 5min walk!). I also recommend the yakitori places nearby. The tub in the shower room on the 2nd floor wasn't just any tub but the nice automatic heated one that you could also control from the kitchen! That room also doubled as a dryer room for clothes which I thought was a genius way to reduce mold growth in a wet room. Also random, but there was a bus stop that took you directly to Ikea plus another furniture store pretty much around the corner.

The location was superb, less than 3mins walk to a very accessible metro station. Lots of restaurants and izakaya right outside. The price was a real steal! Great house! Very clean, everything was provided and lots of space. Good facilities and everything labelled in English. Great place to stay with friends or family! A patio to hang out with a nice view. Easy to use tv that connect to YouTube and more.
