The breakfast is delicious and authentic; there is a small kitchen, tableware, and a washing machine (with laundry detergent) indoors; there is also a clothes deodorizing spray; the view outside the window is super beautiful.

Location was fantastic, moments from lively Dontonbori river but in nice area of Shinsaibashi, no noise from room. Very modern decor. Room was a good size and had bonus washing machine and dryer which came in very handy. Check in was good time at 2pm and we could check out at 12pm which was greatly appreciated.
