Nice and luxurious hotel, beautiful view from the room which was generously sized. The staff were friendly. The shuttle comes in handy (due to the bad public transportation in the area).

Impressive Big Hotel. Shuttle service to major train station was very helpful. Nice big rooms with a view of the river.

The Hotel is of a older style, but very grand and nice. We liked the feeling of it, it presents as something special. Professional staff and high quality food. It strives to offer a premium service. The location is somewhat away from the hustle and bustle but it is a beautiful spot and a free shuttle service is provided. As far as breakfast is concerned there is a choice of traditional Japanese on a higher floor which is very nice with spectacular views plus you can choose to have a more western menu which was very good offering lots of choice.
