I stayed at a few places in Japan and by far this was the best one. The room was very comfortable and modern. The location is great too.

Love how close it is to public transport. Only a walk away from Osaka Castle 🏯 lots of nice cafes near by and restaurants everything is just within the block.

As a frequent International traveller this hotel has been my permanent hub in the last 30 years each time I visit Osaka. Perfect location, perfect facilities, excellent staff, excellent service. Visiting Osaka means STAY AT HOTEL MYSTAYS OTEMAE.

This was a fantastic accommodation which is very well situated in Osaka. The location is only 5 minutes (max) from the train station. From the very start, the staff at the reception were extremely courteous, polite and made the check-in process very smooth for us. Next, the rooms - which were decent in size. Japan generally has small rooms in most of the hotels but the size here was appropriate and everyone in our group loved the view from their room. We had no issues at all and found the rooms to be extremely clean and well-equipped with all the useful essentials (minus the iron - which I may have missed locating). Overall - a fantastic accomodation which is worth going for. I'd rate it a solid 10.
