Very convenient and lots of food and shopping options in Namba walk which is 2min away. If you take the nankai rap:t limited express from airport to Namba station, just walk underground all the way to exit no. 7 but take note there is no elevator so you may wish to use the elevator near kintetsu line exit no. 5 and then and walk about 7min to the accommodation. The whole stretch from Namba station to Exit no. 7 are full of shops and are all underground so you will not feel the cold. We can also get to Round1 easily (next to Starbucks) and it offers plenty of sports games (eg baseball batting, football, pool) and arcade games like timezone. The Aircon/ heater works well in the 3 bedrooms and the quilts are very warm. The toilet seat is also heated. There are crockery and utensils available but we did not cook, only used the microwave and electric kettle. TV channels are all in Japanese except 1 channel offering occasional K-drama that is not dubbed in Japanese. Quite interesting and you get to see the weather and live news of the day. Washing machine works well and you can hang in the balcony in the morning. Buy/ bring your own laundry netted bags if you need. We will stay again in our next trip to Osaka!

Clean and cosy! Washing machine takes about half an hour to wash the clothes so I will wash in the morning and hang before leaving. Place is quiet except for some noise from the motorbikes which is probably for a couple of minutes around 10pm+ but manageable. Just walk 2 min and you will reach entrance to Namba Walk (underpass shops and train station). No problems finding food and multiple shops but take note that you need to walk up and down the staircase. We like this place very much and the lady staff responds quickly to the booking messages and is very friendly and kind. Oh yes, do note that the key is found next to the unit's door, not in the mailbox at level 1.

Very convenient, near dotonburi, lots of eateries and near trains station. The place itself is clean and facilities, most important it has 3 rooms.
