Unbeatable location for a night out in Namba, Dotombori or Shinsaibashi. First capsule experience exceeded expectations. Great value for money and quieter than some of the hotels I've stayed at in the same location. Great sento facility on the top floor, including a large indoor bath, outdoor bath, sauna, steam room and salt room. Great common spaces with TVs, PlayStations and vending machines. I'm a big guy, and the capsule is just fine and has a comfy "proper" mattress. Make sure you get there earlier enough to grab one of the extra pillows that are available.

The location and the place is as usual amazing, and the onsen with the different types of sauna was very good, for a relaxing time after a late night outing, so it is always appreciated that theres is hot spring and sauna round the clock.

The bed was very comfortable, and the extra pillows if you were to get them early enough from the racks, are very nice. The 24 hours hot spring was the best experience ever, to be able to get into the hot spring after a late night outing, to get through a nice hot bath and then go to bed. Makes the capsule hotel experience way better than I would imagine. The pricing was also very good for what was offered.

Everything is clean and safe. The spa is way above expectations and is better than most onsen I've visited. If you choose your own room you have some space for your backpack. Location is central.
