The location is very convenient. We can leave our luggage first since it is hard to find locker in Shin Osaka before the trip. The facility is ok too.

The Staff were super helpful and did their very best to make sure our stay was smooth as possible , the entire place was spotless and the capsules very nicely presented with enough amenities for all , perfect for travellers on the go 😀
