From the moment we booked, to the end of our stay, staff were always easy to get in contact with and friendly. Our check-in information was sent to us the day before our arrival, it was easy to follow and we found the place without any trouble. Luckily we only had to go up one flight of stairs which I didn't find too steep at all (even with luggage). Our room was spacious, and because there were only 4 of us staying, having a third bedroom meant we had somewhere to store our luggage. The toilet/bathroom/shower area was a little tight but manageable. Everything looks and smells a little dated, but the facilities all still worked well, and was definitely worth the price. The only thing was that the drain in the shower seemed a little clogged - it did drain but very slowly, so during showers you had to turn the water off at times to allow it to drain so the water didn't overflow too much. Admittedly, it wasn't a problem that bothered us enough to contact the staff, so it might be an issue that's easily fixed. I personally found the beds to be too hard for my liking, but my husband had no complaints except that the pillows were quite hard and flat. The fact that all the bedrooms had an air-conditioner was a big bonus though. The TV was great and had Netflix, and we found the WiFi to be really fast too. The price and location is definitely the biggest selling point for this property though. It's so close to the station, convenience stores, supermarket and is around the corner from a laundromat. The property does have a washing machine, but with 4 people, there wasn't much room to dry all of our clothes so we found it more efficient to go to the laundromat nearby.

Location, furniture, spaciousness. Sofa was a particularly rare fine in Japan. Ease of access to two subway lines and a main line railway.

Good value and great location. 2 mins walk from Tengachaya sta. and locate in residential area which is very quiet and peaceful. The room was nice and clean exactly like in the photos. We travel in a group of 4 people there were still more than enough room and relaxing space for us. Many facilities provided as they written such as iron and detergent. Conbini and department stores and drugstore nearby. If I travel in a group I will stay here again.
