Excellent experience! The staff was very welcoming and sincere, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious, the rooms very spacious and the view to the mountains just spectacular! Since the hotel is located on a quite steep hill, they offered a shuttle service from the city and it we used it several times and the driver was very friendly.

A wonderful hotel—I really loved it here. The staff even drove down the hill to help us with our luggage. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They took the time to carefully recommend nearby restaurants and walking routes, which was a huge help. The hotel facilities and decor are great, and the breakfast was excellent too. All in all, it was a fantastic hotel and a fantastic trip. I also really appreciate the warm and thoughtful service of Hotel Longs, which made my trip to the Dolomites perfect.
